A few days ago on her blog, Doris Sander referred to summer scrapping as "the very best scrapbooking of all." In addition to being a scrappy genius, the woman speaks the truth. During much of the year, scrapbooking is a reprieve for me, an escape, but during the summer, it becomes a regular part of the ebb and flow of days.
Here are few of my Lily Bee summer layouts:

You can find more details about these layouts on
the Lily Bee blog (including information about how you can become the September guest designer).
Happy summering!
6 much-appreciated comments:
just adore these layouts... and love the first one especially - how you included so many pattern papers... my layouts for some reason always has tons of white space... =( got give this a try, thanks for the inspiration!
Simply beautiful work here both in heart and style!
These layouts are gorgeous!!
I love these one, especially the first--it's like summer on a page:)
Love your layouts! Will be off to the Lily Bee Blog momentarily.
I find it interesting when/how people get to spend time doing what they like. I have a hard time scrapping in the summer because I want to be outside as much as possible. But the cold, snowy, grey days? Inside, scrapping! :)
Geeeez. Let's scrapbook together?
