My most recent layout should be appearing in the gallery one day very soon. Here's a peek:
This is a page documenting a recent visit to Kawaiaha'o Church in Honolulu and the uncanny coincidence that occurred while I was there. I used some of the new BasicGrey PB&J chiffon flowers here, since they remind me so much of Oahu's flower, the yellow 'ilima. I also included a lovely doily from Webster's Pages and some Prima wooden buttons. I'll share the full layout with you soon!
I find myself bookmarking and pinning practically everything she does. I think you can see why. :) I love how she subtly works in bright colors alongside the Crate Paper Accent Cuts/map paper here.
Lately there have been a bunch of new products making their way into the Two Peas store and then right out of it again, heading in my direction. Here are few of my recent scrappy procurements:
October Afternoon 9 to 5 12 x 12 Alphabet Stickers
Exclusive Pieces of Me SC/Two Peas Kit
My Mind's Eye Family Indie Chic Buttons
Hambly Uncharted Antique Teal on White Gold Paper
BasicGrey Raspberry Jam 12 x 12 PB&J Paper
There's still time to win a free spot in Amy Heller's "Through the Kaleidoscope" workshop at Two Peas! Find out more about this giveaway on last Friday's post.
Also, to thank you for for visiting today, I'd love to offer you a chance to win a $5.00 Two Peas gift certificate. Your task? In the spirit of Amy's new workshop, tell me your favorite color combo to work with lately. Be sure to post your "colorful" comment and pea name by Saturday at 6 p.m. HST, and I'll pick a winner shortly thereafter. Good luck!
The next stop on the blog hop is Lynn Gahary. Speaking of Lynn, have you seen her "Washington, D.C." layout in the Garden this week? It's fantastic.
Thanks for hopping by today! (I'm so punny.)
